RCCG Restoration Chapel is seeking a spirit-filled, committed, and community-minded individual to serve as a Minister of Religion and Community Leader. This role is essential to supporting the spiritual growth and community outreach initiatives of our church as we continue to expand our Kingdom impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care to members of the congregation
* Lead and support midweek and Sunday services, prayer meetings, and special programmes
* Coordinate community outreach efforts and discipleship programmes
* Support the church leadership in administrative and ministry duties
* Provide counselling, mentorship, and guidance in line with biblical principles
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Certified RCCG Worker (must present valid certificate)
* DBS certified (Disclosure and Barring Service)
* Minimum 3 years active involvement in an RCCG setting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Letter of recommendation from an RCCG Pastor
* Proven experience in leading church departments or community initiatives
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a heart for service
